The receptionist was quite friendly. The property was exceptionally clean and my wife commented that it did not have that less than pleasant aroma you sometimes encounter in motels. All the floors wet visited were clean, clean, clean. Our room was a suite with a full kitchen. Didn't use it but very nice to have on a long stay. Another nice thing was they have real glassware in the kitchen cabinets. Lastly, the complimentary breakfast was very nice with scrambled eggs, hash brown patties,, sausages, bagels, breads, and all the usual accompaniments. Also, unlike so many "fine" motels, the heater / air conditioning unit worked fine and was QUIET!!!!!

We drove up to Albany from the lower Hudson Valley to visit family and friends and needed a place to stay for one night. This property was conveniently located in that it was easy to reach all the places we needed to go. The staff was very friendly. The suite was quite spacious and very clean. Although we did not need it, it had a full kitchen which would well serve anyone there on an extended stay who wanted to do their own cooking.

The common area are clean and modern with a well equipped gym and small swimming pool. The location of the hotel is at the end of the shopping area and very convenient to local stores, restaurants and bars.

The staff were amazing! The room was really spacious. Family of four and had a ton of space to relax. The included breakfast was very good. The cooks even made special eggs for my daughter with a dairy allergy. Best feature according to my kids: It has a really nice indoor pool!
